Mad River Brewing Company

Since 1989 Mad River Brewing company has been crafting award winning ales. Their most prestigious awards include four Gold Medals, four Silver Medals and one Bronze medal from the Great American Beer Festival. Two Bronze awards from the World Beer Cup and 2010 Small Brewing Company and Small Brewing Company Brewer of the Year award from the Great American Beer Festival.

The Booth Brewing

The Booth Brewing Co. started off as a small pizza pub in an alleyway of Gyeonglidan Avenue in Seoul, Korea in May 2013. Its three founders Heeyoon, Sunghoo, and Daniel were working full time as Korean medical doctor, financial analyst, and Economist correspondent at the time. But with their love of craft beer and the ambition to create a “booth” where young-minded people can gather to change the world, The Booth was born.

Six Rivers Brewery

Using only the finest ingredients, they pride themselves in staying true to the traditional English style of brewing with a focus on balance.
They currently offer 8 bottled styles, with 12 taps in house featuring a rotating selection of house brewed specialty beers.


Taplands

Taplands offers 25 rotating craft beers on tap, over 50 bottled craft beers, and a menu of snacks and sandwiches using local, fresh ingredients.   They also brew their own beer, using 20-plus years of home-brewing experience, allowing them to offer growlers when available.


Golden State Brewery

Golden State Brewery opened in February 2016 and is located in the old Memorex building. Since then, their taproom was designed to encompass the local community, which is why it is positioned in the center of the brewery. The unobstructed views of the brewery operations allow for everyone to see these beers from beginning to end.


Palmia

Palmia's goal is to bring a new choice to the light beer market. Inspired by sunny-day coastal adventures on the shores of Spain, Palmia created a naturally lemon-infused lager. It's a long-overdue-alternative to all the other watered-down big beer brands, a light beer with great flavor and a good story, too.

Sonoma Springs Brewing Co.

Alameda Island Brewing Company was founded by Matthew Fox and Bill Phua. Stationed here in the Coast Guard from 1998-2000, Matt immediately fell in love with the island. He met his wife (a fourth generation Alamedan) here in 1999. After home brewing for eight years, Matt pursued turning his love of brewing into a career.

Il Sogno Campbell Brewery

In 2011 Michael received a silver medal at the Great American Beer Festival for his IPA. This year, Campbell Brewing Company is entering a traditional Scottish Ale, a Porter based brew with in house smoked malts, a Lager, and a nitrogen based Rye and Oats beer.

Camino Brewing Company

Their beers are inspired by the flavors they discovered on the Camino, as well as those local to the San Jose area of California – a region rich with agricultural heritage. They aim to make the freshest, most drinkable and enjoyable beers you can find in the Bay.

Off The Rails Brewing Co.

Off The Rails Brewing Co. is a modern American Brewpub brewing crafty beers and serving fresh food made of local ingredients.

Alameda Island Brewing Company

The fruit that is used in Tieton Cider Works cider comes from Craig and Sharon Campbell’s Harmony Orchards. This land has been in our family since the 1920’s when their grandfather planted his first trees in Tieton, Washington.

Hermitage Brewing Company

They brew 3-4 beers a day, six or seven days a week. Each beer has a story, starting with the best ingredients from around the world, twice-filtered water adjusted to the ideal water chemistry for the style of beer we are creating.


Virtue Cider

Gregory Hall founded Virtue Cider in 2011. He is known for his 20-year tenure as brewmaster at the Goose Island Beer Company, having won 14 consecutive Great American Beer Festival medals and pioneered bourbon barrel-aged beer with Bourbon County Stout. In the spring of 2011, Hall left Goose Island and embarked on a two-month pilgrimage to study the craft of cider, touring and tasting at top cidermakers in England and France.

Kelly Brewing Co

Kelly Brewing Company is founded by a Morgan Hill native who has always dreamed of giving the community a place to enjoy fresh craft beer. Come in and have a beer with us, they’d love to meet you!


New Castle Brown Ale

After three years of perfecting his recipe, Colonel Jim Porter released NEWCASTLE BROWN ALE in Newcastle upon Tyne in 1927. Shortly thereafter, it became firmly known as the favoured beer of North East England and its iconic status continued to spread throughout the UK.


Umunhum Brewing

As California’s first co-op brewery, their mission is to create a new “resting place” worthy of our local community. They are a growing group of dedicated members who are passionate about great beer, customer service, sustainability, and great food (supporting local and organic farms where possible).


HenHouse Brewing Company

The HenHouse Brewing Company is an intentional business. Their intention has always been to make beers that you can be proud to drink. They make delicious beers of excellent quality and they make them in ways that anyone would be proud to support by drinking them.

Before and after the show he remains a Fitness Professional and Lifestyle Coach here in the South Bay that specializes in weight management with an emphasis on empowering each individual to take control of their health. "Over the years I’ve gotten more into cooking which has inspired me in so many ways to mix and match flavors. I love all foods but Bacon & Beer are 2 of my favorite things in this world! As a Fitness Professional, I must add that these should be consumed in moderation, As long as you don’t over do it a little Bacon and Beer is a great way to splurge.

He has worked at several local Bay Area breweries including Los Gatos Brewing Co and Faultline Brewing Co.. In his spare time, he teaches cooking classes, builds restaurant menus, and assists in staffing local restaurants.

JONATHAN SIT

Jonathan has been in the restaurant industry for years, with experience at establishments such as Straits, Sino, AP Stumps, and Faz. He has worked at several local Bay Area breweries including Los Gatos Brewing Co and Faultline Brewing Co.. In his spare time, he teaches cooking classes, builds restaurant menus, and assists in staffing local restaurants.
