Their brewery of professional brewers and chefs ensure that Half Brew remains dedicated to brewing excellent beers.

Lo Rez Brewery & Taproom

Lo Rez began in a garage, with two dudes riffing on new recipes, inspired by classics such as Duvel and Old Rasputin. As their skills grew, so did their appreciation for creating something tangible that brought people together. Our desires eventually outgrew our garage. Making beer allowed us create something with our hands that also connected us to the community. We went low-res as a way to go back to old world craftsmanship and make traditional beer for a modern world.
