Buffalo Creek Brewing

Mike Marr, owner and brewmeister, started brewing before craft beer was available at every outlet. Over 15 years as a home brewer, he leaned towards German and Belgian styles. Today, Mike has created more than 40 recipes that will serve as their recipe base. As Buffalo Creek continues to grow, they’ll continue to explore new and old styles with unique flavor profiles.

They will welcome the opportunity to journey inside and leave the world behind for a pint or two. Now, let’s go get lost.

Half Acre Beer Company

Half Acre is a Chicago beer company invested in each end of the brewing spectrum; time honored classics and experimental, sensory expanding releases. Founded in 2007 by Gabriel Magliaro, the company has evolved from a 15-barrel brewhouse on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood into two breweries producing over 45,000 barrels annually; two taprooms serving comfortably elevated, delicious food; a workshop for custom tap handles; and a direct-to-consumer store that brings the communal Half Acre experience full circle.

Metal Monkey Brewing

Dan, Brandi and Jason opened Metal Monkey with 20 years of homebrewing experience under their belts, a dream, a sh*t-ton of determination and a little bit of... well, no clue what they were in for!

A tight budget means they opened with a very small 3bbl system and did a lot of the buildout themselves. They’ve recently upgraded to a 10bbl system which has increased their capacity and allowed Metal Monkey to start increasing their distribution!

Door 4 Brewing Co.

Brooklyn Brewery

Brooklyn Brewery is a brewery in Brooklyn, New York City. It was started in 1988 by Steve Hindy and Tom Potter. Upon his return to his home in Brooklyn in 1984, he and Potter, his downstairs neighbor from Park Slope, quit their jobs and founded the brewery.

21st Amendment Brewery

Vice District Brewing Co.

Once upon a time, two strangers bought houses across the street from one another. They quickly realized they had two things in common: drinking good beer and brewing good beer. From that point they brewed obsessively and drank responsibly (but of course). They decided to invest in their mission and their community. Vice spaces and products are dedicated to community, diversity and damn good beer.

Half Day Brewing Company

Half Day Brewing Co. is named after the town of Half Day and the friendly Native American leader of the Potawatomie tribe, Chef Aptakisic (“Half Day”). The village has welcomed Half Day Brewing Company as a space for restaurant goers and beer enthusiasts alike to frequent to satisfy their cravings for classic American pub fare and unique, handcrafted brews. Their brewery of professional brewers and chefs ensure that Half Brew remains dedicated to brewing excellent beers.

MIDWEST COAST BREWING CO.

Midwest Coast Brewing - a brewery born and raised right here in Chicago. They're proud of it, too, which is why their motto is "love where you live." That ethos is expressed in everything Midwest Coast does, from how they source ingredients and name beers, to the design of their taproom and the love they show guests. Midwest Coast is just getting started, and they are honored to join the region's vibrant and growing craft beer community.

Short Fuse Brewing Company

Named the 2018 Best New Brewer in Illinois by RateBeer, the secret to Short Fuse’s success is quite simple, really. Three words: quality craft beer. It may not be simple to get their standard of beer, but for us, it’s second nature - it’s our passion - it’s kind of our thing. The difference is in our classic brewing style mixed with our own little creative flare; the result? A taste so crisp, bold, original, and, dare we say, explosive, you’ll have to taste it to believe it.

Banging Gavel Brews

Banging Gavel Brews creates micro-brewed craft beer and serves up memorable experiences to those who share in their passion for high quality, great tasting beer.

Miskatonic Brewing Company

So many of the greatest beers in the world were markers on the journey to brew beer ourselves. They are instructive. They are canon. And we find enjoyment in devoting ourselves to the quest of their honorable replication. But we also love a good glitch. Riffing on tradition and interpreting styles in a new way enables us to tilt the board and brew with a twist. It’s our way of exploring the curiosities that make beer a constantly evolving idea.

Lil Beaver Brewery

Years ago there was a young, eager lil beaver who enjoyed beer. However, he soon grew tired and bored with the commercial beer offerings in his neck of the woods and their false claims of ‘more flavor’ or ‘better taste’ that never quite met his expectations. After touring a local microbrewery and learning the process, the lil beaver decided it was time to brew his own beer.

Noon Whistle Brewing

Since he was a kid, brewmaster Paul Kreiner annually vacationed with family in Marquette, Wisconsin with tradition built around the town whistle. The whistle sounding at noon indicated the time to crack open the first beer. Not only is the tradition about beer, but also camaraderie, good company of family & friends and the creation of memories.

Lake Zurich Brewing Co.

Adams Street Brewery

Adams Street is where the historic Berghoff Restaurant became an establishment, earned Chicago’s first ever liquor license, and served generations of families. To many, the building on Adams Street is more than just a location; it’s a “real-time, working memory factory.” As a tribute to the place that the Berghoff family has called home for over a century, the brewery is named Adams Street Brewery.

Scorched Earth Brewing Company

Scorched Earth Brewing Co. has a simple passion – brewing beer that may appear similar to other quality craft beers on its face, but can hardly be enjoyed with just one glass and barely described with just a few adjectives or expressions. Using local ingredients, old world brewing techniques, and a whimsical sense for exploration, they hope to challenge your notion of what beer is and inspire you to share our passion with others.

Virtue Cider

Cider. A seemingly simple drink; apples plus time. At Virtue Cider, they know that it is a bit more complex. Proper farmhouse needs traditional craftsmanship, combined with sustainable methods. It needs a blend of the finest apples, grown in orchards with just the right climate. Proper cider needs hand-picked apples, barrels, and cider makers with a ton of patience. Because like all good things in life, proper cider needs time. They say patience is a Virtue, it just so happens that Virtue requires patience. Virtue, It’s at our core.

City Lights Brewing Co.

Industry veterans and partners Brian Taylor and Ria Neri aim to make beers for people with a wanderlust palate, a curiosity for the strange and unknown, and those who take their beer seriously, but never themselves.
