Mimi's Chocolates has been serving the San Francisco Bay Area since 2016. They hand make gourmet ice cream, caramel, & hand dipped chocolate confections fresh for each order! They proudly stand by the saying "Chocolate Is Always The Answer" and they are known to dip chocolate in BACON.
Zachary learned lots about Korean cuisine and a little over two years ago he began to work solo as a traveling chef. He now travels the country cooking for people in all sorts of locations from Oregon to Martha's Vineyard. His goal is to travel to different countries to cook for high end clientele and bring his 9 year old daughter with him so that she can see all of the endearing work that I do and get to visit places with different cultural backgrounds.
