enthusiasts judged the suds and grub throughout the stadium. 

From best sweet use of bacon to weirdest twist on a craft brew,

our judges tried everything and awarded the best!

Courtney Robinson Courtney grew up surrounded by agriculture, fueling her passion for food. She recently completed her MBA in Food & Agribusiness from Santa Clara University, taking her around the world to study food systems (which to her really meant trying and consuming copious amounts of delicious food). She is now head of Marketing at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company. When she’s not at the brewery, she’s busy making her famous homemade caramels with bacon, her true love in life.

Peter Lawrence Kane Peter is the Arts Editor for SF Weekly, where he manages the food and culture sections. Having lived in San Francisco since 2008, he is two-thirds the way toward his goal of visiting every national park. A bottomless pit, he has been known to require bacon after drinking too much beer, and vice versa.

Chris Tunstall Chris is an experienced bartender and bar consultant with more than ten years of industry experience. He co-founded ABarAbove.com, a bartender and cocktail education website, and currently works as a bar consultant all over the Bay Area with Barmetrix and the Business of Bars Program.

Sonja Harris Sonja lives to imbibe. She's an entrepreneur, winemaker, and business consultant. Her experience spans a myriad of industries, including tech, wineries, telecom, and small business. She's ready to help tweak, nip, and tuck anything from websites to taste profiles and can often be spotted in her natural habitats: beer, wine, or food festivals, or new restaurants and local coffee shops. Sonja says: your perspective often chooses your happiness - pick wisely.

Renee Frojo Renee is a recipe developer, recipe writer and author of a local food blog. Formerly, Renee worked as the restaurant, retail and hospitality reporter for the San Francisco Business Times, where she kept her finger on the pulse of San Francisco's culinary scene. Along with her current day job as test kitchen coordinator for Sun Basket, an organic meal delivery company, Renee keeps up with local chefs and their favorite foods on her blog, makeitlikeachef.com.
