Renowned culinary professionals, tastemakers and craft beer enthusiasts will judge the suds and grub throughout the stadium. From best sweet use of bacon to weirdest twist on a craft brew, our judges will try everything and award the best!

 
Christina Izzo Christina is the Eating and Drinking editor and chief restaurant critic at Time Out New York, tasked with the glorious and gut-busting job of guiding New Yorkers where (and where not) to eat on a weekly basis. The daughter and granddaughter of Brooklyn butchers, Christina has basically been preparing for her role as a bacon judge for the entirety of her natural-born life.

Adam Poch Adam is a baconaholic! He travels the country eating bacon both for fun and as a judge at several bacon festivals every year. Not only did he have a bacon-themed wedding, but he also officiated a bacon-themed wedding. He has appeared on Travel Channel's Bacon Paradise 2, CBS' Big Brother Season 13, and was featured on a TV Tokyo newscast about why Americans love bacon so much. Adam has judged the Bacon and Beer Classic for the past three years and is excited to judge again this year.
