He has a nationally released cookbook all about using leftovers effectively (Love Your Leftovers), and was on the NBC game show Food Fighters where he cooked against some of the nation’s best chefs. Over the past two years, she has built up the beer education program for her company, helping her colleagues earn their first and second level certifications through the Cicerone program.  She also offers tasting trainings to retailers in the Denver market.  A photographer with a passion for cooking, Kara is currently working on a beer and food pairing cookbook.

A successful owner and operator of his own Denver restaurant for over 15 years--and member of the Colorado Restaurant Hall of Fame--Mike is now the host of the Mike Boyle Restaurant Show, where he offers a knowledgeable yet lighthearted look at the ever changing restaurant scene throughout the Denver metropolitan area and Colorado Springs.
