A number of renowned culinary professionals, tastemakers and craft beer enthusiasts judged the suds and grub throughout the stadium. From best sweet use of bacon to weirdest twist on a craft brew, our judges tried everything and awarded the best!

 
Nick Evans Nick is a writer, blogger, passionate home cook, and recent father. He has been chronicling his cooking adventures on his popular food blog, Macheesmo, for eight years. He is the author of a nationally released cookbook all about using leftovers effectively (Love Your Leftovers), and was on the NBC game show Food Fighters, where he cooked against some of the nation’s best chefs. (Spoiler alert: He did pretty okay.)

Nick Evans

Nick is a writer, blogger, passionate home cook, and recent father. He has been chronicling his cooking adventures on his popular food blog, Macheesmo, for eight years. When not seeking out the hidden gems of Denver's restaurant scene, he enjoys testing recipes from Andy Ricker's Pok Pok cookbook and figuring out which beers go best with galangal and shrimp paste.
