WHAT DOES THE TICKET INCLUDE?
General Admission ticket holders will gain entry inside the stadium for 3 hours of beer and bacon tasting. VIP ticket holders gain entry one hour earlier than GA. All ticket holders also receive a complimentary souvenir tasting glass and have access to the game area, photo booth, contests and more.
VIP ticket holders will gain entry to the event one hour earlier than GA, access rare American craft beers and field at selected venues.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON HOW MUCH BACON AND BEER IS SERVED?
Each brewery will be providing a certain amount of allocated beer in 3 ounce pours. Each attendee can try a bacon-inspired sample from every restaurant.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE EVENT?
Tickets are non-refundable, but ticket holders may transfer tickets to someone else who is 21+. Tickets are transfered by printing out the ticket and handing it to the person of your choice.
WILL THE EVENT BE CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER?
The Bacon and Beer Classic is a rain or shine event. Since the majority of the event is on the concourse, rain shouldn't be a problem. However, in extreme conditions, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.
I DON'T DRINK. CAN I STILL ATTEND?
Yes, of course! We provide a variety of non-alcoholic beverage options, as well.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
All events are a strictly 21+ event, no one underage will be admitted for any reason.
IS THERE AN ATM ON SITE?
ATMs are available throughout the ballparks.
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
Sorry, no pets are allowed. Service animals will be allowed as permitted by federal law.
CAN I RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL?
The Bacon and Beer Classic has a no re-entry policy.
IF I GO TO ONE SESSION, CAN I STAY FOR THE SECOND?
You must have separate tickets to go to each session. At the end of the first session all attendees clear out in preparation for the next session, and each person will need a ticket to get back into each session.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking may be allowed only in designated smoking areas at specific stadiums.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGES INTO THE FESTIVAL?
No outside food or beverages will be permitted. You will need to dispose of it prior to entrance.
CAN I BUY BEER AT THE EVENT OR BRING EMPTY OR FULL BOTTLES HOME WITH ME?
Absolutely no beer can be removed from the festival site, nor is it available for purchase.
All bags, purses and containers will be searched prior to entry.
Poles or sticks of any kind (i.e. flagpoles, broom handles, nets)
Skateboards, roller skates, roller shoes, bicycles, wagons for children
Tripods, bipods or monopods
The Bacon and Beer Classic event security reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous, inappropriate, offensive or suspicious.
The Bacon and Beer Classic is focused on providing a fun and educational atmosphere for guests to experience new foods and beers.
All guests of the Bacon and Beer Classic are expected to drink responsibly and ensure they have a safe and responsible means of transportation before leaving the event. Any guest who is intoxicated before entering the event, as determined by event security, will be denied entry to the event. Any guest found intoxicated during the event and causing a disturbance, as determined by event security, will be asked to leave the facility without refund and may be subject to further consequences.
